With two comfortable bedrooms – both en-suite, a pretty secluded garden, all extra comforts and just 3 minutes from St Cuthbert’s beach or the harbour, this is a wonderful place for a holiday.
The basics….
Sleeps 4 comfortably in an en-suite double and en-suite twin. Additionally we have a foldaway cushion futon. Those with an infant should bring their own travel cot and bedding for which there is room in the double bedroom.

Hallway – beautiful stone flagged floor and plenty of space to hang coats and leave boots and shoes by the radiator.
Downstairs loo – surprisingly roomy under the stairs
Kitchen / dining room – well-appointed and equipped modern kitchen with old stone flagged floor, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. To the side the dining table looks out through double glass French doors to the patio and garden. We’ve spent many happy family hours here.
Utility – small room off the kitchen with freezer and washer/dryer.
Sitting room – lovely comfortable room with a bay window to the front, beamed ceiling, old wooden floor, “living flame” gas fire, TV, Free view channels, DVD, books, games etc. Three seater sofa with plenty of room to snuggle and two additional arm chairs.
Upstairs
Master bedroom – characterful old wooden floor with comfortable King-size bed, TV and spacious en-suite bathroom with full size bath and over shower.
Bedroom two – also with old wooden flooring. Twin beds and spacious en-suite with large corner shower cubicle.
Outside
A pretty enclosed private garden with lawn extends at the back and has two patio areas with garden furniture.
